We collected ÇÖĞRE (Pistacia palaestina) with its local name, also known as HACKBERRY and TEREBINTH from nature, that are grown in the unique nature and virgin soils of the Taurus Mountains. Terebinth is consumed as a snack to sweeten mouths or as an ingredient in pastry in ground form for its aroma. There is also TURPENTINE coffee that we all know.
